great Team, beautiful landscape, perfect for flying.
I haven't been flying in Thailand before that trip. But after these two weeks I am addicted. for sure this was not my last time flying there.
the organization of the whole trip was highly professional and the team always had a plan B for the (few) times the wind was not suitable for flying.
my full recommendation

5-Star Paragliding & Adventure Tour!! Bonus ~ SIV course with Debu !
One of the best fly trips! Lots of adventure & fun too! Loved the experience of diverse flying from towing at the lake, towing at the beach, mountain sites, SIV, learning new tips & tricks, meeting local pilots, and bonding with new pilot friends sharing the passion of flying.
Accommodations were exceptional homes in a gated community with access to pool & workout center.
From arrival to departure the transportation was excellent & also an adventure. Loved having a scooter to go exploring locally & group outings. The vans used for longer distance - very cool - pimped out comfy rides. Airport transfers & other Thai transport also thumbs up!
In addition to the flying, the guys toured us to awesome hikes, the local scene & markets, great food, monkey island, a 3day excursion south - flying & snorkeling! Good times!
Many thanks & appreciation to Graham & Matt for being so flexible and accommodating to my family that showed up unplanned!
If you want to go fly in Thailand, hangout in paradise, meet new pilots, and adventure with the best guides - book the tour! These guys are masters of the art of paragliding and adventures!

Paraglider pilot from Pacific Northwest, LaConner, WA, USA
I went for a 10 days trip to Thailand in February this year.
The start was a bit nasty as nobody picked me up from the airport, but that was soon forgotten. You may still consider changing the taxi company... The transportation after was great in a VIP Van (and if I'm saying VIP, I mean VIP! Bling bling everywhere :) )
The trip was very nice. Had a some good flights and when the conditions were not good enough to fly, there was all the times an interesting alternative program. We went to visit a stunning cave, snorkeling, to monkey island etc. Everything was well organised. Thanks to Graham, Matt and Debu forgiving us such a good time. And for helping me to dry my glider. And giving us tips. And, and, and..
I would recommend this trip to everybody who wants to get more experience, enjoy flying in a different setting, have a nice time. Actually to everybody.

Omg, this course was nothing short of AMAZING! Graham, Debu and rest of the staff were outstanding. Super professional and well worth every penny!
I wasn't the most confident pilot around, but these guys made me feel safe through out every single maneuver. I am now a much more confident pilot, and I owe the whole team a BIG thank you!
If your visiting Asia, or based in the region and never did an SIV course, than 300 Peaks is for you!
Guys, sign me up for next year. I'm doing this course again!!

Myself and 2 others from the Singapore Paragliding Association took part in an SIV course in Thailand, in January 2014.
All 3 of us opted for the course with accommodation and transfers. The accommodation and travel by minivan was excellent – far better than I have experienced before in Thailand, and much better than trying to organise this by yourself. One of the instructors (Brad) met us at the villa he had arranged, also set us up with scooters so we could explore the surrounding area in the down time, which were delivered to our doorstep.
A jet boat with a state of the art hydraulic winch was used to get us into the air over a spectacularly scenic, tranquil lake in Thailand. Initially I was apprehensive about the tow process, but the instructions from Brad and Graham were excellent, and the guys new the equipment well, meaning there were absolutely no issues whatsoever for all of the tow’s performed. In fact, I think that towing with 300 peaks is definitely safer than driving up a mountain in some countries!
Debu ran the SIV course, with the format being a full day for briefing, instruction and reserve packing, along with two days of 3 flights each. Debu is an experienced SIV instructor, who knows what he's doing, and was able to individually tailor the course for all of the 5 pilots that took part. The tow was high enough to perform 3-5 simulated incidents per flight, which meant that we got to try a lot of things twice, including a relatively new decent technique that we all really liked and will use in future.
I have personally learned a lot from the course and know that I would be able to better handle situations in flight, and also have the ability to exit bad air. It was really an eye opener to see the difference a bit of weight-shift and brake input at the right time could have such a dramatic effect on the outcome of an incident.
If you are looking for a quality SIV course or tour, I can wholeheartedly recommend the guys @ 300 Peaks. They are professional, knowledgeable, exceptionally helpful, friendly, and also have a sense of humour. Really, what more could you ask for?
